Over the last few years, we have experienced steady growth and are often on the look out for new team members who share our passion for gardening and caring for the environment. Some of the types of jobs we can offer are listed below. Apprentice Landscape Gardeners - full time starting in September via Abingdon & Witney College. We take on and train an apprentice most years and, so far, have been able to offer jobs at the end of the two year apprenticeship. Includes training in a range of soft and hard landscaping skills. Full details will be available on the government apprenticeship website at the appropriate time, but we may be able to offer keen applicants some work experience in advance to find out if they like it.

Full time, Seasonal or Part Time Gardeners - if you have recently completed an apprenticeship / are qualified to NVQ / RHS or a hobby gardener with several years' experience we may have work to suit you. Practical DIY skills are also of interest as we carry out a range of supplementary activities as well as the standard horticultual tasks. 

Freelance Gardeners - for occasional or seasonal work. Must have references.
